Restore to Rise

Too often, we assume that leadership is about doing. This event offers another option — that we must restore ourselves in order to rise to the occasion when opportunities to lead present themselves.

This in-person event gathers women to rest and co-regulate in community. Together we tend to our bodies, minds, and spirits with nourishing plant-based food (catered by local, health-centric, women owned & operated biz), mindful movement, breath work, sound healing, and meditation.

Each event has a theme depending on the season or collective need (ie risk-taking, leadership, etc.) and the practices are centered around regulating our nervous systems so we can show up as our most vital, homeostatic selves.

“Friday night with Project Thesis was restorative. Energizing. Healing. Feminine. M A G I C.”  -Taryn Yokota
